We stand behind the quality of our organic lawn care services. If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:
We understand that schedules change. Please review our cancellation policies:
Scheduled Appointments: You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Service Agreements: For ongoing service agreements, you may cancel your service plan with 30 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment of any services already completed. Early termination of annual agreements may be subject to fees as outlined in your service contract.
Weather-Related Cancellations: If we need to reschedule your service due to weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fee. We will work with you to find an alternative date as soon as possible.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the specific circumstances:
Service Not Performed: If we are unable to perform a scheduled service and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a full refund for that service.
Service Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with service quality and we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction through corrective action, we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Prepaid Services: For prepaid service packages, unused services may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel your service agreement, subject to the terms of your contract and our 30-day cancellation notice requirement.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned using the original payment method when possible.
Organic lawn care builds health gradually through natural processes. Unlike synthetic approaches that provide rapid but temporary results, organic methods create lasting improvements by nurturing soil biology and plant health. Please consider these factors:
We provide realistic expectations during consultations and throughout our service relationship. Refund requests based on unrealistic expectations or insufficient time for organic methods to work may not be approved.
